The OXVA Arbiter Solo is a rebuildable tank atomizer with some unique features. With a dual airflow control, the Arbiter Solo RTA can switch between MTL and RDL vaping styles with a simple turn of the top ring. The airflow itself is top to bottom for MTL and Top to 3D for RDL, offering up huge amounts of airflow. This RTA also comes with a simple and effective two-post style build deck.
