Do you have a shop I can visit?

Yes. Our shop is at 67 High Street, Lees, Oldham, OL4 3BN. We're open Monday to Friday 10am - 8pm, Saturday 10am - 9pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm.

Can I order online and collect from the shop?

Yes. Choose Click and Collect at checkout and pick your order up from our shop in Lees during opening hours.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day (excluding bank holidays).

Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1 - 3 working days, £3.80 or free on orders over £20.
DPD Express: next working day to mainland UK, £3.80, with the option to collect from a local DPD Pickup or HubBox point.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: guaranteed by 1pm the next working day, £6.70 or free on orders over £100.
Saturday Guaranteed: £6.70, order before 4pm on Friday.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.

How old do you have to be to buy a vape in the UK?

You must be 18 or over to buy vaping products in the UK. We check every customer's age at checkout using 1Account, and most customers are verified automatically. If we can't verify you straight away, you can confirm your age with an ID scan, a photo age estimate or a credit card check. Orders that aren't verified within 5 days are refunded. What's the best vape kit for beginners?

Can I return something?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email contact@gourmeteliquid.co.uk first and we'll send you a free Royal Mail returns link. Opened e-liquids, coils, pods and sale items can't be returned. See our refund policy.
